About Migrant Workers' Centre (MWC)
Set up in 2009, the Migrant Workers’ Centre (MWC) is a bipartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). The MWC is a non-government organisation whose mission is to champion fair employment practices and the well-being of migrant workers in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
• Familiar with accounts receivable reconciliation
• Carry out Refund of agencies funds / wrong claims
• Handle Billing and financial matters
• Develop and monitor the budget
• Prepare financial reports
• Analyse budget trends and recommend changes
• Any adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel such as pivot table, formula, vlookup, index match and MS Office suite
• Experience in accounting system (SAP) will have an added advantage
• Detailed and well organisation skills
• Report writing skills
• Time management skills
• Good organizational skills
Work Location
This role is primarily based at Migrant Workers' Centre Recreation Centre at 51 Soon Lee Road and may be required to work on alternative site
