- 8am – 5.15pm Monday – Thursday
- 8am – 4.30pm Friday
- 2 years contract
Job Scope:
- Handle admin and logistic for departments meetings & events, Working closely on engagement task & team activities.
- Arrangements of interview schedule + administrative departments (seating arrangement, invoice, sales order).
- Supporting with managements (memo making, scheduling etc).
- Ensure confidential and sensitive information and calendar management & schedule itineraries.
- Coordinating international travel arrangements such as flights ,car etc.
- Filing of documents approvals & reimbursement & other stakeholder duties.
- Planning project timelines and budgets.
- Procure and oversee a team of consultants for design and approval processes.
- Handling submissions to authorities and ensuring they are approved.
- Supervising contractors to ensure work meets design specifications and timelines.
- Preparing specifications and tender documents.
- Assisting the Manager with regular reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years similar working experience in oil & gas/ shipyard/ marine industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organization, problem solving and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office skills
- Ability to handle sensitive business data and other information with confidentiality and discretion
