Job Responsibilities
As a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), you will engage in sales and marketing activities for a broad range of financial products and services to meet the needs of SMEs. Products include commercial property loans, trade facilities, and asset-based financing. Specific responsibilities include:
- Maintain existing borrowing accounts.
- Provide prudent financial and investment solutions tailored to the needs of SME customers.
- Establish and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation in compliance with internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Recognized degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Banking, or Finance.
- At least 3 years of experience in credit and marketing, particularly with local SMEs.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results-oriented, dynamic, and self-driven.
