Role Overview:As the Business Unit Manager for Agent Acquisition at HiPPOprop, you will lead our efforts to recruit and onboard real estate agents, directly contributing to our strategic growth and market leadership. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent in the real estate sector.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Craft and execute robust recruitment strategies that attract top-tier agents to our team. Analyze market trends to continuously refine and enhance recruiting tactics.
  • Lead Generation for Recruitment: Work closely with the Marketing and Media teams to leverage content and campaigns that attract potential recruits. Utilize advanced digital strategies to enhance our employer brand and appeal to prospective agents.
  • Operational Recruitment Oversight: Implement and oversee recruitment processes, ensuring they are efficient and aligned with our strategic goals. Enhance tools and SOP used by the recruitment team to streamline hiring and onboarding.
  • Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to monitor recruitment outcomes, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure a high conversion rate of recruited agents into productive team members.


Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years in a business role with a focus on recruitment, preferably within the real estate or a closely related industry.
  • Proven track record in developing effective recruitment strategies and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and what drives agent success within the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and attract potential agents.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
