Job Description
- Attend to customers travel enquires and request through phone calls and emails
- Assist with recommendations and providing of quotations for air tickets, hotel bookings and other travel related services based on customers’ request
- Managing travel bookings on behalf of corporate customers
- Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
- Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
- Provide expert knowledge to different clientele in areas of flight routings, accommodation requirements, visa requirements, car rental, and other related travel services
Requirement
- Know how to book ticket online
- Know how to use Sabre Travel System
- Works in airline industry (Liaise with airline booking)
