Job Description:
Marketing and Events Manager
As Marketing and Events Manager, you will develop the content strategy for Swiss Cham's website, social media platforms and newsletters. Your creativity will be key in organizing events and managing projects that promote our community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Engage with our audience across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp, through content creation.
- Take charge of our digital presence by managing updates on Swisscham.sg, keeping members informed about upcoming events, news, and community highlights.
- Drive engagement with our community through monthly e-newsletters, showcasing your design and content creation skills.
- Develop new marketing initiatives and create attractive sponsorship offers that resonate with our members.
Event Management:
- Plan exciting events that leave a lasting impression, from negotiating with suppliers to designing invitations and promoting events.
- Ensure seamless event logistics by managing registrations, attendance, and providing on-site support during our events
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support our financial management efforts and contribute actively during board meetings.
- Other ad-hoc tasks contribute to operations of Swiss Cham Singapore.
Requirements
- Degree in communication, media, business, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong writing and visual communication and design skills are needed to effectively convey our brand's message.
- Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in computer skills and advanced design skills for websites and newsletters are strong assets.
- Affinity with the Swiss community in Singapore
- Excellent English language skills; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
