1) Responsible for sales department administrative support receiving and handling information, and organizing sales department administrative duties.
2) Responsible for tracking of customer order throughout sales process.
3) Creation of new customer account in the system
4) Preparation of sales contract, tendering document and related documents.
5) Maintenance of sales contract filing.
6) Assisting salesmen in following up customer reminders and remittances.
7) Prepare statistics of sales information and various statements and plans.
8) Any other jobs as assigned
