- Acquire new customers and hit sales target
- Answering customer queries on our products and services
- Act as liaison between customers and nannies to ensure a smooth deployment
- Follow up with customers on their experience with our nannies
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Administrative tasks related to customer’s job requirements; Contract preparation, work permit application etc.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
