Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing collaterals
- Strategize and manage tactical campaigns, digital marketing efforts to better optimize marketing performance and budgets
- Manage marketing documentations and budgets
- Create content for marketing automation, advertorials/editorials, digital ads and social media platforms
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, retention and referrals while seeing through post-campaign analysis
- Identify and secure relationships with key partners for leads generation and sponsorship opportunities
- Build effective working relationships with both internal stakeholders as well as external partners, agencies and vendors
- Maintain the website and social media channels
- Plan and execute B2C events
- Manage client loyalty and referral programs
- Oversee and ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly Marketing administrative tasks are delivered in a timely manner
- Guide new and junior team members on their daily tasks and help assimilate them into the
- Team
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years’ experience in digital and social media marketing, events management, partner management and traditional marketing
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Highly motivated, dynamic, resourceful and results-driven
- Able to work independently while also being an effective team player
- Experience in mentoring junior members within a team will be advantageous
