- Position : Sales Executive (Regional Vegetable / Fresh Produce Market / Supermarket/ Agriculture)- ALL WELCOME
- Location : Novena Hall
- Working hours : 5.5 days a week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6 pm; Saturday - 8.30- 12.30
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross Up to $5000 (Salary $3500 + Commissions) + Performance bonus (At least 1 month) + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Generate New Sales- Identify and approach new customers and develop, maintain a pipeline of potential customers and meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, Meet customer satisfaction and loyalty and Identify and address customer needs and concerns
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies and Ensure sales and marketing alignment to drive revenue growth
- Vegetable Knowledge and Development - To identify target customers from restaurants, hotels, F&B sector and Familiar with all types of vegetable
- Reporting and Performance Metrics- Able to meet sales target, Track and report sales performance and results and continuously improve sales performance and results
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the vegetable / fresh produce, or related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local and regional vegetable / fresh produce market
- Experience with sales and marketing strategies and tactics
