Requirement
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and manage and oversee partner account compliance.
- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through the effective use of sales and customer management techniques.
- Provide partners with training and support to accelerate their sales effectiveness.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Report on sales activities and create sales reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant prior sales experience in air compressors, with proven track record.
- Possess own vehicle
- Willing to travel
