The position will be part of a Netpoleon Company with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, India, Australia and New Zealand, with its parent Company based in Japan. We are now inviting individuals to join the Singapore office. Job Responsibilities:
- To lead, manage online marketing and communications program and initiatives
- Write, conceptualise and edit content for organisation website, posters, EDM (Electronic Direct Mailer) and other collaterals
- Manage and update corporate website
- Plan and design layout of collaterals
- Liaise with external vendors related to production of collaterals
- Ensure quality of content – Proof-reading, testing online deliveries activity, links, etc.
- Organise product launch events & other Company marketing vents
- Responsible for getting Vendor Sponsorship for the purpose of funding Company Marketing Events
- Responsible for the budgets given for the running of Events
- Responsible for maintaining and keeping track of marketing funds
- Responsible for working with Channel & Product Sales Team to invite Customers to attend such events
- Responsible for managing the Company’s Marketing events and ensure smooth running of operations
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Marketing/Communications/Graphic Design/Multimedia or related certification
- 1 -2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in Adobe CS Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver, Flash or knowledge in HTML coding would be an advantage
- Prior related working experience
- Able to function with minimal supervision
- Resourceful, meticulous with excellent command in English
- Knowledge in webpage design, Java and Tools would be preferred.
Other Information:
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experiences
