Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Description:


1. Market Expansion: Mainly focus on market expansion and sales for Chinese overseas clients and local businesses abroad.


2. Sales Approach: Utilize both online methods (such as LinkedIn and other platforms) and offline face-to-face sales techniques to expand the business.


3. Sales Management: Responsible for selling communication products and global IT services, including but not limited to lead tracking, proposal development, contract signing, delivery, acceptance, and payment collection throughout the entire sales process.


4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and expand customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide professional product advice and solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.


5. Business Development: Research market trends and competition, develop and execute effective sales strategies and business expansion plans.


6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments within the company to ensure smooth sales activities and business operations.


7. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance, regularly report to superiors, and propose improvement measures.


8. Event Participation: Participate in overseas industry exhibitions in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and other locations.


9. Other Responsibilities: Handle other business matters as required, including significant administrative work, personnel organization, etc.


Job Requirements:


1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.


2. Work Experience: At least 5 years of sales or marketing experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in sales of communication products and IT services.


3. Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, strong customer service awareness, a strong willingness and ability to expand business.


4. Language: Strong English speaking and writing abilities, candidates with service provider management experience are preferred.


5. Attitude: Positive and optimistic, adaptable to a fast-changing work environment, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.


6. Performance: Need to achieve sales revenue, profit, and collection targets.


7. Graduates from NTU, NUS, SMU, or other universities are welcome to apply, even if their major is not directly related, as long as they have an interest in marketing and sales-related work.
