Job Scope:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage order fulfillment.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and assist in onboarding new clients.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and records.
- Track sales metrics and performance data for analysis.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability.
- Assist in managing product returns and exchanges.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to improve strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track the effectiveness of sales campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate and manage the shipment of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with shipping companies and track shipments to resolve any issues.
- Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree’s Qualification
- Preferably minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Preferably sales coordination experience in semiconductor/electronics industry
