What You Will Deliver
- Acquire sales through meaningful growth strategy via various channels.
- Understand and promote the company’s products and services actively
- Have a keen eye to explore new business opportunities for different products by different channels to achieve monthly company targets
- Achieve and report regular acquisition & sales targets while maintaining customer retention
- Actively plan for business growth and seek business opportunities with existing and new clients
- Manage customer relationships and ensure retention measures are in place for business growth
- Able to find creative solutions to improve customer experience
- Present insights and recommendations reports on market intelligence & market competitiveness analysis
- Monitor and evaluate operations to improve business performance & productivity
- Lead & mentor the team to develop the team’s competencies
- Perform other duties, projects or business initiatives as assigned by the Management
Who You Are
- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing and related discipline
- 5+ years of proven working experience in the automobile/energy related business is advantageous
- Highly motivated, disciplined and self-driven
- Good understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting to growth the business
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills and people management
- Demonstrates organizational skills and a team player
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation and in a fast-paced environment
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of English language, both spoken & written
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft suite
