- Monitor incoming leads daily from all sources (website, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Qualify leads and assign them to the respective clubs.
- Update and maintain the individual lead sheets with accurate and up-to-date information.
Leads Update (Friday - Sunday)
- Collect new leads acquired from various channels.
- Enter and organize leads into the individual lead sheets.
Weekly Social Media Calendar
- Plan and schedule weekly social media posts across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,etc.)
- Coordinate with the content creator for videos and edits.
- Ensure that posts are aligned with current marketing campaigns and events.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Adjust the calendar based on analytics and performance data.
Website Revamp
- Collaborate with web designers and developers to redesign the website.
- Ensure the new design is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO.
- Update content, images, and other media to match the new design.
- Test the new website for bugs and usability issues before launch.
Ad Hoc Design
- Create graphic designs for various needs as they arise (e.g., promotional materials, infographics, internal documents).
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding and guidelines.
- Work with different clubs to fulfill their design requests.
- Manage the design process from concept to final delivery.
Social Media Ads
- Develop and execute social media ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Create ad copy and visual assets that are engaging and effective.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, budget, and content as needed
Managing Current Website
- Regularly update the website with up-to-date information.
- Monitor website performance and resolve any technical issues.
- Ensure the website is secure and backed up regularly.
- Optimize website speed and performance.
Managing Email Server
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the email server.
- Ensure reliable email delivery and troubleshoot any issues.
- Manage email accounts
- Implement and maintain email policies and procedures.
Managing Web Host
- Liaise with the web hosting provider to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Monitor server performance and address any hosting issues.
- Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Manage hosting plans, renewals, and billing.
- Coordinate with the web host for any necessary upgrades or changes.
Coordinating Print Production
- Develop and manage timelines for the design, approval, and production of printed materials and in-club graphics.
Vendor Selection and Management
Research and identify suitable print vendors based on quality, cost, and turnaround time
- Oversee the installation of in-club graphics, including posters, banners, signage, and other printed materials.
- Ensure that all displays are installed correctly and securely.
