Our Client, a Prestigious Law firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Secretarial professional
(from Executive to Senior Executive level)
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Management of the full spectrum of company secretarial duties
- Compliant with provision in the Singapore Corporate enactments, statutory reporting and filing work
- Internal and external management of counter parties and clients
- Attending meetings and drafting of minutes
- Other related assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in business studies or of relevance discipline
- At least 2 to 3 years of Corporate Secretarial experience
- Corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA) would be of an added advantage
- Literacy in English and Mandarin are essential
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Application
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as a team player
