Position Overview:
As a Lighting Showroom Sales Executive, you will be the face of our showroom, providing expert advice and personalized service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales by showcasing our extensive range of lighting products, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service: Actively engage with customers, understand their lighting needs, and provide expert recommendations to close sales.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our lighting product range, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is always well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals by implementing effective sales strategies and following up on leads.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to provide relevant insights and recommendations to customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within the lighting or home decor industry. Experience in a showroom setting is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and close deals effectively.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer service.
- Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of lighting products and design principles is desirable. Willingness to learn and stay current with new product developments.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
