Job Scope:
- Manage the Fixed Asset and system related matters such as role access etc.
- Prepare reports and returns to Management and Ministry.
- Review and implement policies and processes, including system enhancements, to improve the efficiency and controls of the accounting workflow.
- Liaise with internal and external auditor on audit matters.
- Ad hoc projects may be assigned from time to time.
Working Arrangement:
Location: Singapore Botanic Gardens
Salary: $3700-$6200/Month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours:
8.30am to 6pm Mon to Thu
8.30am to 5.30pm Fri
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Job Requirements:
- Areas of study in Accountancy (degree) or other relevant professional qualifications
- Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess strong thinking and analysis skills, self-motivated and resourceful
- A good communicator and team player
- Strong time management, planning and organisation skills
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in Workday is preferrable
