Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin to join our office in Ubi on a permanent, long-term part-time basis. Responsibilities include:
- Creating Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and additional documents using our system.
- Packing and arranging orders for delivery to local and international clients.
- Assisting with monthly client reports and warehouse reports.
- Conducting warehouse inventory/stock take and updating the pricelist.
- Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by the manager or supervisor.
Work Schedule:
- 3 days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday/Friday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field.
- Must speak English and Mandarin.
- Tech-savvy.
- Careful and detailed.
- Able to carry medium load packages, around 15-20kg.
- Must commit long-term.
