Hiring : Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Actively plan & implement initiatives to grow market share/ Category and increase brand awareness
• Manage the marketing mix of pricing, promotion, products & distribution to improve profitability & sales
• Implement & track responses of marketing strategies by working closely with sales team & strategic stakeholders
• Oversee marketing campaigns for company branding and generate media coverage
• Monitor the company’s marketing budget
• Establish & maintain good working relationship with business associates, advertising agencies, media and suppliers.
• Generation of regular reports to track and update management on the effectiveness of each marketing activity.
• Managing all marketing activities for the company.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• To take on ad hoc project and other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Preferably with at least 3 -5 years F&B background of relevant experience (good organizational skills and an eye for details)
• Effectively bilingual in both spoken and written
• Self-disciplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and strive well under pressure.
• Strong customer focus and ability to handle consumer feedback & complaints.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication and analytical skills.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Able to start work immediately/short notice.
