Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and whatsapp chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist in day-to-day administration (technical and services) which includes handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, data entry & filing
- To provide sales support functions to technical and service, preparation of quotation, P/O, invoice, D/O and coordination with customers on servicing, repairing, spare part and deliveries
- Assist in stock monitoring and ordering including keeping an account of physical inventory (stock count)
- To receive, check and arrange incoming stock in warehouse
- Follow up with clients on sales quotation, customers inquiries and repair jobs to be done
Requirements
- Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of dispute situation
- Fluent in English & Mandarin speaking and written
- Light hearted with a keen to learn attitude
- Able to work independently while remain a strong team player
- Strong tele-call handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiar with sea/air freight procedures
Training will be provided to assist candidates to uptake job scope
