Job Duties:
- Assist in preparing financial statements, recording transactions (capital calls, distributions), and calculating Net Asset Value (NAV) for Private Equity and Venture Capital funds.
- Support the tracking and reporting of investments, including updates to investment schedules and valuations.
- Help manage cash flows, process payments, and maintain fund records and investor details.
- Ensure adherence to fund accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Aid in the preparation of investor reports and respond to related inquiries.
- Utilize accounting software and assist with process improvements.
