Key Responsibilities:
Key focus on WOA Services business segments of: 1) Singapore FBO/ ground handling services 2) WOA aircraft management services
· Identifying and pursuing new sales leads: need to research and identify potential customers, then develop strategies to engage with them and convert them into paying customers.
· Meeting or exceeding sales targets: will have specific sales targets to meet, and will be responsible for achieving or exceeding them on a regular basis.
· Building and maintaining relationships: will need to establish and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
· Conducting market research: must stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in order to identify growth and development opportunities.
· Collaborating with other departments: will need to work closely with other departments within the company, such as marketing and flight operations, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and fulfilment capabilities.
· Providing excellent customer service: will need to provide high-quality customer service, address any questions or concerns that customers may have, and ensure that their needs are met.
· Keeping accurate records: will need to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
· Attending industry events: will need to attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential customers and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
· Developing sales strategies and sales call plan: will need to develop and implement effective sales strategies that are tailored to the needs of specific customers and market segments.
· Providing feedback to management: will need to provide regular feedback to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or similar
- Experience: min. 5 years of aviation-related experience
- Proven success and accomplishments in the sales of services is a must.
- Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently requiring minimal direction
- Very strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and professional sales skills
- Willingness to learn and commit
