Get to know the Role:

The day-to-day activities:
- Own end-to-end cards product lifecycle management – from ideation to design testing, customer journey mapping, system testing, go-to-market planning, portfolio management and profitability
- Ensure future feature roll-outs and enhancements continue to meet fraud, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Define system specifications and participate in UAT testing for new products and features
- Define settlement, risk, operational frameworks and processes
- Analyse portfolio and customer patterns and market trends
- Identify target segments to craft tactical acquisition/ utilisation-focused campaigns
- Drive NPS through close collaboration with the user research team
- Keep abreast with market, regulatory, industry updates to ensure process relevancy
- Drive customer referral programme, monitor up-take and manage incentive distribution
- General administrative support for campaign management, performance and rewards inventory
The must haves:
- A degree with good honours from a top tier university
- Min 3 years of banking experience in the cards space, preferably with prior debit card related knowledge
- Understanding of the operational flows of card schemes’ systems and networks
- In depth knowledge of card schemes and related systems, operational processes, requirements
- Track record of prior product, card or payment launches
- Clear communication skills to interact with broad ranges of audiences
- Ability to look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Experience in projects managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Creativity and comfortable with ‘blank sheet of paper’ assignments
- A natural leader who displays integrity, humility and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathise and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels of experience
- A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo.
