Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Channel Manager to oversee and expand our beer sales channels. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key accounts, and developing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beer market and proven experience in sales channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across various beer sales channels.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and other key partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and channels to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including tracking KPIs and adjusting tactics as needed.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives and channel partners to ensure product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales channel management, preferably within the beer or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of the beer market, distribution channels, and consumer trends.
