Job Responsibilities:
- Involved in event planning, management, and successful delivery, including conferences, virtual and live national events, commencement dinners, exhibitions, and student events
- Responsible for events-related themes and related events communication materials and updates
- Manage and coordinate with event organisers, corporate communications and administrators from different healthcare clusters and multinational organisations
- Creation of marketing collaterals and dissemination to the target audience especially on social media platforms
- Manage website updates and revamp
- Speaker management and serves as a point of contact for all stakeholders to run the national-level event
- Negotiate and coordinate services with events, catering, venue, website and other logistical vendors
- Ability to think strategically, and creatively and manage projects from initiation to completion, including agency management, planning, budgeting, timeline management, coordination, resource allocation, and digital integration.
- Oversee event setup and production, ensuring efficient supplier and
contractor management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Background in Marketing, Events Management
- Experience in designing marketing collaterals, and website updates i.e. WordPress
- Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in event management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Great interpersonal skills, possesses a creative mind, independent worker and able to multi-task
- Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines.
