In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated outreach and engagement strategies to support the overarching objectives of the Recruitment and Partnerships team. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing outreach activities to engage future students in all recruitment markets, as well as creating and cultivating a Unibuddy Student Marketers Community to support the achievement of student recruitment targets throughout the entire enrolment journey.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Associate Director of Recruitment and Partnerships to develop a strategic enrolment marketing and future student engagement plan.
- Create and execute comprehensive outreach plans to effectively promote the university and achieve recruitment objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong network of student marketers and alumni to actively participate in marketing initiatives and advocate for the unique experiences offered by JCU.
- Implement robust marketing analytics to measure and track the effectiveness and outcomes of campaigns and activities.
- Manage the Student Marketers platform (Unibuddy) and provide regular reports on the success of enrolment marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders and actively contribute to the team's efforts in generating and managing compelling content ideas.
- Ensure strict adherence to the requirements of EduTrust, SQC, and other quality standards in all undertaken activities.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by the reporting manager.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Possess tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related business discipline.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the education/recruitment industry.
- Candidates lacking the required qualifications but exhibiting extensive and pertinent experience are encouraged to apply.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills in English, coupled with proficient editorial abilities for accurate proofreading.
- Display a strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork.
- Showcase outstanding multitasking abilities and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Exhibit the capacity to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Previous experience in building online communities would be advantageous.
Monthly Remuneration: Up to SGD 5,700
