Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate career support initiatives for members.
1.Develop and direct career-related initiatives to support members in career opportunities
- Handle inquiries and appointments for the Career Growth Centre
- Oversee career matching services
- Guide and review responses for the career support mailbox
- Plan and curate career talks with collaboration partners, drive participation through marketing and publicity
2.Conceptualise and implement experienced members' Board Appointment Service
[“Match” pillar of the ISCA Board of Directors (BOD) masterclass programme, built on “Learn”, “Mentor” and Match” pillars]
- Design and establish the board appointment services platform, including processes and guidelines
- Facilitate the matching process and manage related queries
- Promote the service to generate organisational demand
3.Execute Board Mentoring Events

- Facilitate the invitation of new industry veterans as board mentors
- Coordinate the selection and invitation process for speakers and moderators for mentoring events
- Develop engaging and relevant content for mentoring sessions, including topics and briefing discussion materials
- Drive event registrations and publicity, as well as oversee event logistics and evaluation to ensure smooth execution of events.
4.Salary and career review insights publication
- Project manage to facilitate salary and career data requests, coordinate with research team members by insights publication timeline
- Oversee design and publicity on insights publication
- Handle outreach activities for focus group discussion (FGD), including planning, invitations, registrations, FGD materials, event logistics.
- Provide secretariat support and manage taskforce members
5.Represent the department in meetings and other forums, presenting its initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, and any other ad-hoc career initiatives.
Requirements:
- A degree in accountancy, business, marketing or events management
- At least 6 years of working experience
- Prior experience in engagement role/career support/professional membership body would be an added advantage
- Current accountant/auditor looking for engagement role will be welcomed
- Strong writing and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside ISCA
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mind with a natural ability to multi-task
- Agile in picking up intricacies of various member segments and developing appropriate programmes to address those segments
- Possess strong project management abilities
- Able to work well independently, as well as in a team
- Social media savvy
