1. Assisting Regional Marketing Initiatives:
- Support in planning and execution of integrated promotional campaigns and regional marketing activities (includes both online and offline)
- Support and execute content strategy for social media and other marketing communication
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely and effective implementation of initiatives.
2. Campaign Operations:
- Work with external creative agencies to develop and manage all marketing collaterals and assists in copywriting and proofreading of materials
- Work with appointed agencies and 3rd party vendors to achieve campaign objectives
- Work closely and relevant stakeholders/tenants to ensure communication material comply with brand standard and guidelines
3. Collateral Production and Brand Guidelines:
- Manage marketing collaterals across various touchpoints
- Assist in the production of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure that all collaterals align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image.
- Collaborate with the design team or external agencies to create visually appealing and engaging materials.
4. Campaign Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns through various channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, website analytics).
- Analyse campaign data and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness and success of each initiative.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them throughout the campaign period.
5. End-of-Campaign Reporting:
- Consolidate campaign performance data and prepare comprehensive end-of-campaign reports.
- Summarize key findings, insights, and recommendations based on the campaign results.
- Present the reports to the marketing team, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
6. Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct research and gather information on competitors' marketing activities and strategies.
- Analyze competitors' campaigns and promotional efforts to identify industry trends and potential opportunities.
- Summarize findings in a competitor analysis report to help inform future marketing initiatives.
7. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents.
- Assist in maintaining marketing databases, mailing lists, and contact information.
- Help manage budgets, expenses, and invoices related to regional marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
- Prior internship/working experience in Offline Marketing.
- Proficient in Mandarin as targeting Chinese travellers in Airports.
