Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain data templates & reporting tools to easily obtain regional Transaction Banking (TB) data i.e. results, pipeline, initiatives, deal details, etc. across department.
- Extract data, create and prepare dashboards and charts for reporting. Perform data analysis, prepare hypothesis and meaningful insights for decision making.
- Assist in regional projects and initiatives – coordinate with stakeholders across department and branches to collate updates. Monitor progress and provide periodic updates.
- From time to time, support in events, newsletters and any other TB-related activities deemed fit by supervisor and TB management team.
Job Requirements:
- Degree qualified.
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience
- Experience in project management or data analyst.
- Self-adherence to timeline, efficiency, and perseverance to succeed are a necessity.
- Preferred analytical mindset and familiarity with Excel formulas (macros, cell referencing, pivot tables) and PowerPoint chart creations.
