Our client is sourcing for relevant retail talents due to expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily store operations to achieve team store sales.
- Provides excellent customer service
- Identifies and handles customers’ inquiries and concerns in accordance to company and airport (refund) policy.
- Engage in client-telling in order to upsell or cross sell items to clients
- Operates POS cash register and handles various payment mode with accuracy and speed to avoid delays to customers’ departure timing.
- Ensure that store presentation is well maintained with store replenishment and clean fixtures.
- Assist in sales plans execution and participation in conjunction of marketing events and promotion programs.
Requirements :
- Minimum GCE “O” Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience in high end fashion/luxury industry or in similar capacity
- Comfortable to working in Changi Airport on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays (5 work days per week), shift work between 5:45am to 1am.
- Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
- Fluent in English. Additional spoken languages is a plus.
- A good team player with pleasant personality
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Possess basic computer skills
