Description:
- Ensure all clients are given the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- Develop loyalty with our clients by building relationships with them through a personalised shopper style approach to sales.
- Demonstrate product knowledge on all categories and to have an awareness of current advertising & marketing campaigns & new launches
- Manage effectively with customer enquiries
- Work closely with Store Operations team on stocks related activities
- Attend training sessions and participate in training quizzes
Any other duties as assigned by your reporting manager.
