Job Scope:
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to track progress towards goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing department and product manager to develop sales tactics, promotional materials, and product offerings.
- Develop and implement strategic sales strategies to achieve budget targets and expand market share in various sales channels.
- Oversee sales and gross profit to ensure company-level profitability.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to drive growth.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Supply sell-in and sell-out data for effective inventory management.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster business opportunities.
- Monitor advertising and promotion spending, providing regular updates on expenditure.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the SBU Head.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Demonstrated history of successful B2B sales.
- Strong skills in networking and relationship-building.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
