Market Development Officer

All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd.

We are currently looking for a sales analyst to join our Market Development team. The team oversees sales and marketing activities for 12 countries in Asia and Oceania region.

What you will be doing…

You will be assigned to take responsibility of some countries under the region and will coordinate with the branch offices to help them achieve the sales targets.


1. Strategy Setting

  • Support the management to set strategy for the Sales Area.

2. Corporate Contract

  • Monitor and analyze corporate revenue result.
  • Approve the discount level of corporate contract submitted by branch offices.
  • Consolidate corporate monthly performance review and market condition overview.
  • Work closely with Joint Venture (JV) partner on any corporate pricing discussion and coordination.
  • System (Salesforce) user support, inquiries & ad-hoc improvement projects and training for new hires in each branch offices.
  • Private fare master rules update & coordination with HQ in Japan.
  • Basic corporate contract and Salesforce training for new hires in the region.
  • Support branch offices for Corporate Sales.

3. Travel Agency

  • Monitor and analyze travel agency performance.
  • Approve the discount level of incentive submitted by branch offices.
  • Co-ordinate expense budget.
  • Consolidate agency quarterly performance review and market condition overview.
  • Work closely with JV partner on any travel agency incentives discussion and coordination.

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or Business studies.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in airline sales or airline marketing data analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Open to travel in Asia & Oceania region including Japan for business, if necessary.
