Sales & Operation Assistant
Responsibilities
· Liaising and good working relationship with wholesale (Trading) department and accounts to facilities efficient and timely.
· Completion of sales process (e.g. invoice agreement, generate vendor invoice and PO etc.)
· Assist in stock-in and registering of new product.
· Involve in receiving stocks & stocktaking activities.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing administrative support preferably in a trade industry. If no experience, also welcomed.
· Good communication interpersonal & organization skills.
· Provide daily operations support.
· Manage orders from picking, packing and checking of items.
· Arrange shipment and preparation of orders document.
· Handle customers enquires either via phone or email.
· Positive working attitude and quick learner.
· Other ad-hoc duty assigned.
Requirements
· Minimum GCE O level or Diploma in any fields.
· Knowledge in Export and Import shipment is an added advantage
· Capable to work independently and as a team player with minimum supervision
· Proficient in Microsoft Office application especially Micro-soft Excel
· Knowledge of basic accounting.
· Able to commence work immediately.
