- Actively pursue new business opportunities for Import and Export shipments, fulfilling both Hunter and Farmer roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and accurate information to customers.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Support and Operations teams to ensure seamless - execution of shipments.
- Set and achieve individual sales targets, monitor KPIs, and manage account receivables.
- Drive the company's products and services by identifying and pursuing sales prospects effectively.
- Monitor and achieve planned sales goals, tracking results and reporting as required.
- Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings, supported by marketing efforts.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints professionally.
- Actively promote the organization and its products to enhance market presence.
Requirement :
• 5-8 years of experience in sales within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
• Experienced in strategic business development and managing key accounts, with specialized knowledge in the freight and supply chain sector.
• Capable in sales from identifying customer needs to securing contracts, and well-versed in handling multi-national, diverse business environments.
