Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the management.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food ingredients industry.
- Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- No experience is welcome
