Our Clients, a Prestigious Law firm and a Service Provider firm are seeking to recruit Corporate Secretarial Professionals
(from Junior Administrator / Executive to Senior Executive/Assistant Manager level)
Note: For Senior Executive level & above, must be able to guide junior Corporate Secretarial staff and it is highly preferred to have Corporate knowledge for Singapore, Cayman and BVI companies
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Management of the full spectrum of company secretarial duties
- Assist in providing company secretarial services to a range of client companies
- Attend to statutory filing in compliance with Companies Act and other regulatory and statutory requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial Team (for junior / Executive)
- Internal and external management of counter parties and clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, including lawyers, arrangers, agents, security trustees, custodians and other transaction parties
- Attending meetings and drafting of minutes
- Other related assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma and Professional qualification such as CSIS will be an advantage.
- At least 2 to 6 years of Corporate Secretarial experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Corporate Secretarial's knowledge for Singapore, Cayman and BVI is essential
- Knowledge of the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Experience in using Viewpoint is of an advantage.
- Ability to work well as a team player
