Responsibilities:
- Prepare and confidently deliver presentations of the company's offering to clients, deliver product demonstrations to convince both clients and distribution/implementation partners
- Link the company's Sales and Product Management teams to create relevant and comprehensive product solutions
- Support the sales process, from the preparation of offers to the conclusion of contracts – from a professional, technical, and functional point of view, including implementation of proof-of-conceptsOrganize and conduct customer presentations and product training during the pre-sales phaseRespond to the tenders and produce detailed cost proposals for prospects
- Prepare SOW, RFP, RFQ, and RFIDeliver training on the company's offering and support distribution and implementation partners
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guidesInterface with implementation teams, articulating customer requirements, to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery, support initial hand-holding, and build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Ensure close cooperation with Product Management by integrating customer feedback into a product roadmap work to support new projects and business activities
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Technology related discipline/ in Computer Science, Computer Engineering Good experience in the field of Cyber SecurityExcellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Pre-Sales activities for software products
- Solid understanding of technology-based investment platforms
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in the area of pre-sales activities
- Any Security certifications like CISSP, CISA, and CISM would be a plus experience in preparing business solution proposals
- Excellent ability to present at senior management level
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other language skills are a plus
