Job Responsibilities
Sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets through exceptional customer service, without hard selling.
- Identify and convert sales opportunities to drive clinic growth.
- Participate in promotional activities and contribute to marketing strategies.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper handling, packaging, and labeling of medications.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and hygienic clinic environment.
Patient Care
- Build strong patient relationships through personalized care and follow-up.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Conduct tech-enhanced therapies to improve patient health and wellness.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, products, and services.
Clinic Operations Support (Rotating work within the team)
- Efficiently manage patient appointments and registrations.
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform cashiering duties and manage financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Train and mentor junior staff on sales, customer service, and clinical procedures.
- Support clinic operations with various administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- In-depth knowledge of operations and patient care processes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant beauty and wellness qualifications (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, WSQ, ITEC, etc.) preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency required.
- Passionate about the healthcare industry and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
