Job Description:
- To provide sales administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Ensure timely reporting from the departments.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analytics.
- Handle phone and email enquiries, ensuring timely responses
- Maintain good filing,photocopying, scanning documents & proper records of documents and correspondences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and update customer information.
- Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Possess min. GCE ‘O’ Level or possess equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of relevant sales coordination/customer service experience
- Able to multi-task with good time management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in Google Workspace is advantageous.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
