Come join as a Sales Executive in the flooring business. Commission + transportation allowance. Possess driving licence preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Researching prospects, cold calling, and generating new leads.
• Introducing our products or services, qualifying leads, and nurturing leads using email marketing or direct mail.
• Setting up and delivering a sales presentation or attending site briefing and doing site measurement.
• Sending proposals, generating quotes, and negotiating terms.
• Follow up with sales orders and coordinate with the project team to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
• Attend monthly sales meetings and provide quotations timely.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide quotations timely.
• Handle phone calls and emails from potential clients.
• Attend to walk-in customers.
• Follow up for outstanding quotations that are not converted to sales orders.
• Resolves customer's issues.
• Make appointments and visit potential customers for new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotation & site measurement if any
• To support the project team in the job coordination work
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in indoor and outdoor sales
• Good track record of customer service experience as well as sales experience.
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt and learn new skills.
• Familiarity in the flooring industry and flooring material will be a benefit for hiring consideration.
· Team player who possesses strong communication and analytical skills.
· Bilingual and proficient with Email and Microsoft Office
