Job Responsibilities:
- Cold call to companies to identify and understand their hiring needs, obtain hiring managers’ contact details
- Schedule face-to-face or online appointments for Recruiters to establish connection and bridge the relationship to the Recruiters
- Build and develop good relationship with HR/hiring managers
- Promote our recruitment services and branding over phone to gain opportunity to extend our recruitment services to them
- Ensure that the company's objectives and sales target set are achieved
Requirements:
- Passionate to call and speak over the phone
- Keen interest in recruitment
- Driven and proven sales record will be an added advantage
