Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor media coverage of the company's work and achievements
- Assist with press publicity initiatives to raise the profile and position of the company as a global thought leader in medical education and research
- Develop communications materials including key messages, and press releases, and organise media briefings and interviews
- Assist in the editorial and development of content for internal communications channels, to generate awareness among staff of the company's key achievements
- Work with internal stakeholders to organise internal communications campaigns and announcements
- Coordinate the editorial and production of publications and other printed collaterals
- Assist with digital and social media content development and production
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or degree in fields related to media or corporate communications
- Strong writing abilities for corporate communications functions (media relations, internal communications, publications etc)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Basic knowledge and experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva.
