The Sales and Marketing Manager reports to director and will be responsible for driving sales and managing marketing efforts for a home-based manicure and pedicure service. This role involves developing and executing strategies to attract clients, enhance customer engagement, and manage marketing campaigns effectively.
Specific Responsibilities

1.Insight into the company's values and business objectives. Examine service menus and pricing structures to understand the range of products and services offered. Analyze the target market to identify customer needs and preferences. Perform research on competitors to assess their strategies and market positioning. Study industry trends to generate relevant ideas and concepts that align with current market demands.
2.Develop and apply effective sales techniques to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.Utilize strategies to close deals efficiently and manage the sales pipeline.Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.Handle social media inquiries to maintain positive customer relationships and address concerns.Schedule appointments, ensuring optimal availability and coordination.Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
3.Learn to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns effectively. Understand platform-specific best practices for content and engagement. Content Creation and Oversee and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns.
4.Develop and implement strategies for building and nurturing an online community to foster customer loyalty and interaction. Implement solutions for tracking and managing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations. Perform market research to identify cost-effective and trendy materials that align with current industry trends. Liaise with vendors for stock purchasing and organization, ensuring timely procurement and effective inventory management.
5.Campaign Performance Analysis: Identify areas for overall improvement based on performance metrics and feedback. Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with overall business goals. Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market trends.
