Job Description:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone/email etc
- Prepare sales quotations
- Generate sales order, purchase order, delivery order & sales reports
- Perform administrative duties such as ensuring proper documentation and filing
- Ensure high level of customer service quality and satisfaction
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels / GCE 'N' Levels
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Motivated customer-oriented individual who has strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications
