Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression and providing assistance as needed.
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate departments, take messages, and provide accurate information to callers.
- Manage the reception area, maintaining its cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate meeting rooms or offices, notify employees of visitor arrivals, and manage visitor sign-in procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and coordination of courier services.
