Job Description:
·Meet potential leads and customers and bring in new orders for the company
· Maintain existing customer relationship and improve order value and customer satisfaction
· Co-ordination with sales team to drive sales and with delivery team to align orders and delivery schedule
· Ensure smooth delivery and optimise delivery schedule to balance customer needs and delivery cost to organisation
· Simplify sales order management process using Customer Relationship Management digital solutions of the organisation
· Ensure credit customers are clearing payments within approved payment terms
· Responsible for handling payments, cash and cheques as per the guidelines of the finance team
· In the occurrence of any issue related to payments he/she should involve and be an interface between the client and the company to settle that amicably.
· Oversee inventory management in both bonded warehouse and store’s warehouse to ensure minimum stock level on a weekly basis
· Outside of the sales team, sales operations managers often work alongside the marketing team to build a simplified and effective marketing campaigns, advertisements, promotions, and such using digital marketing solutions of the organisation.
· Optimizing organisation’s digital (CRM) customer relationship management system to ensure there is clear and effective communication between the sales team and customers in an open, friendly, and accepting manner in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes.
· Choosing the right medium of communication with customers such as WhatsApp, telephone, email and social media platforms such as Facebook etc.
· Handle healthy amount of data tracking and analysis to provide stakeholders with recommendations and insights to improve sales performance.
· Sales operations managers interact with all levels of the sales team. For new sales team members, they help with training, onboarding and mentoring.
Job Requirements:
· Experienced in Sales, operations, delivery, and inventory management
· Minimum 2 years’ experience
· Demonstrate flexibility and with interest in learning and taking on new responsibilities
· A hands-on person with initiative; confident and able to communicate effectively
· Willing to work for a start up
Will be willing to get hands dirty in numerous areas, including but not only Sales and Operations
Language: English & Tamil (has an advantage)
Driving License Class 3A required
Basic Pay plus Sales Commission.
