Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales & marketing strategies, plans and procedures.
- Develop new approaches to market access.
- Conduct sales calls for PreciX’s Assessment Service.
- Maintain, update, and monitor sales records.
- Provide feedback to technical team to improve product.
- Prepare Marketing Materials in accordance to Go-to-market strategy.
- Assist Ops Manager in tabulation of sale figures, assist in preparation of the financial matters.
- Meet Quarterly Sales targets (number of assessments done).
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts to help with the identification of qualified new business opportunities.
- Negotiating commercial terms and closure of business opportunities with new customers with the active assistance of the business as required.
- Be involved and in attendance at conferences and other industry events and help plan and organise initiatives so as to market the Company's services.
- Take the direct lead to develop referral to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Utilize group-wide existing relationships to generate new business.
- Develop a focused targeting plan for relationships.
Competencies (minimum requirements)
- Proven work experience in Sales, especially medical-related sales
- Experience in Marketing and developing Marketing Strategies
- Possess leadership, strong communication, and good interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Hungry with high internal drive and motivation
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Good with self-directed learning.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales and actions plan, preferably in medical-related.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Preferably have strong contacts in medical industries.
